The check-in process was super smooth, and the queen studio was cozy and comfortable. It's nice and private. Plus, the location was pretty convenient to get around.

The room was surprisingly clean.

The location was sketchy and the breakfast room is in the lobby of the hotel.

The desk clerk was very nice and very helpful.

The bed was very hard and the bathroom was pretty small. We thought it was kind of pricey for the quality/size of the room.

The floral decor in the lobby was so charming, it. Plus, accessibility features are a bonus for seniors like me.

Tight area for two adults and three children. When couch bed was folded out, there was no where to sit and watch tv.

This was just an optimal selection for a break on a long journey in Roseburg with excellent value for money. The kitchen came with a stove and cooking supplies, really handy for a late-night meal. Just be wary of any little pests that might join you in the room.

Great towels, lots of mirrors, lots of space.

TV too small to see from bed. Electrical outlet behind refrigerator and microwave needs replacing because plugs won't stay in outlet.

The hotel was easy to book online on a short notice; staff was friendly upon arrival. Our room was clean and larger than expected.

The free wi-fi was very unreliable, kept cutting in and out. Bed in the room was uncomfortable.

Check-in clerk was corny and un-professional. Dress was inappropriate (shabby, backyard casual)

The 3 pillows for a Queen bee were like bricks. My husband had a sore neck the next morning. The bagel he chose for breakfast was moldy.

The location is a major plus, being close to various dining options and a good Chinese restaurant nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with one young woman at the front office making a positive impression. The parking situation was inadequate, and the room felt outdated and not particularly clean, impacting comfort .

It's perfect and exceptionally comfortable place to stay 2 miles away from Stewart Park. Everyone who works in the hotel is incredible and amiable. Make sure to get deluxe queen studio with the shower and microwave and the TV. The location is decent and handy, in the newer section.

The room was large with a queen bed,table with chairs,writing desk,dresser,new flat screen tv. Location was quiet we stayed in back, but road was not real busy. Breakfast was good and they had real cups,glasses,dishes and utensils. Best thing was I needed tickets printed out, the owners used office computer to do it for me, that is exceptional service!! If you don't stay here you will be missing out.
